Description * Collect list of material shortages and summarize according to project * Generate a consolidated report for use during material review meetings with Engineering * Perform consign inventory reconciliation between CM and NV systems * Help generate Delivery notes to transfer consign materials to CM locations * Create material tasks to ensure all consign material movements are transacted in the system * Create a GPU table for jobs released to execution * Provide logistical support to ensure the timely receipt of material at the CM location * Ensure material readiness for non-critical NPI builds * Provide regular updates to the other cross-functional teams on material status for assigned NPI builds * Work with a cross-functional team to resolve shortages on assigned non-critical builds. Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience in materials planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations within a complex hardware or production environment * Proven ability to independently manage material readiness, including shortage identification, prioritization, and resolution * Hands-on experience with consigned inventory management, system reconciliation, and accurate material transactions * Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and advanced proficiency in Excel or similar data tools * Experience supporting NPI or pre-production builds, working closely with Engineering, Operations, and Logistics * Demonstrated ability to coordinate directly with contract manufacturers to ensure timely material delivery * Strong communication skills with experience providing regular, executive-ready status updates to cross-functional teams * Ability to operate with minimal oversight in a fast-paced, multi-project environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Santa Clara, CA.
