POSITION OVERVIEW

This role enablestheProduct Stewardship teamtoimprove operations,enhancecustomerresponse processes, andfocus onstrategic business priorities.A successful candidate willdemonstratetheability toprioritize, respondefficiently, andmaintainorganizationfor information and tasksthat are critical toproduct stewardship responses to internal sales and operations teams andour customers.This position islocatedat ourCorporateHeadquartersin Spartanburg, SC,whichmaintainsa hybrid work-from-home policy.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute dailydocument requestsand associatedactivities.
  • Supportcustomerrequests.
  • Input andmaintaindataacross various systems.
  • Communicateand collaboratewith customer service, supply chain,sourcing,operations,sales & marketing,andR&Das needed.
  • Prepareand issuestandardproductregulatory documentation.
  • Create and improve processes forregulatory document requests.
  • Assistinproduct stewardship automation projects.
  • Provide support for meetingshosted by product stewardship and sustainabilityteams.

QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED

  • High School Diploma.
  • Strongacumen in data and computer skills.
  • Strong senseof urgency and high attention to detail.
  • Positive and "can-do" attitude.
  • Ability to converse with people at all levels oftheorganization and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Prioritization andtime-managementskills.
  • Self-starter/high sense of autonomy.
  • Excellent communicationandfollow-upskills.

QUALIFICATIONS - PREFERRED

  • Proficiencywith SAPandMicrosoftOffice Suite,SPARKand Teams
  • Sufficientknowledge ofMilliken Chemicalbusiness processes, methodologies, tools, and information systems
  • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple functional organizations across a business
