POSITION TITLE Advanced Talent Management Specialist (Talent Acquisition) POSITION OVERVIEW This role offers a unique opportunity to combine meaningful, end-to-end Talent Acquisition work with exposure to broader Talent Management initiatives in a collaborative, enterprise environment. The Advanced Talent Management Specialist (TA Focus) will spend the majority of their time driving high-quality recruiting outcomes while also contributing to programs that support team effectiveness, development, and engagement. This balance allows the role to remain hands-on and impactful while providing opportunities to expand skills beyond traditional recruiting. This position reports to the Manager, Talent Management and partners closely with HR leaders, business leaders, and hiring managers to ensure high-quality talent outcomes and a strong candidate and employee experience. This position is a hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) and will be based at our corporate office in Spartanburg, SC. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
