CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Game CHAnger to join our CHA Team at any of the following office locations: Albany, NY; Syracuse, NY; Columbus, OH; Hartford, CT; Atlanta, GA; Miami, FL; or Indianapolis, IN.



What You'll Do:

    Accelerate your growth through hands-on, business-critical assignments supporting a wide range of engineering projects
  • Experience a unique rotational cycle across projects that provide exposure to diverse disciplines, teams, and project types across the organization
  • Benefit from structured learning, mentorship, and coaching from experienced professionals across multiple sectors
  • Contribute to innovative solutions that address complex challenges and deliver meaningful outcomes for clients and communities
  • Collaborate with talented teams and engage in field assignments to gain practical experience in design, analysis, and implementation


What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required; Graduation date of May 2026 is highly preferred
  • EIT certification preferred
  • No prior engineering experience required-internships or cooperative learning a plus
  • Familiar with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software required
  • Passion for transportation infrastructure and a drive for continuous learning
  • Analytical approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in changing environments and collaborate with diverse teams
  • Passion for office and field-based work assignments

Salary Range:

$68,000 - $80,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
