AI Senior Business Analyst - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a AI Senior Business Analyst - Hybrid for a long-term contract to hire opportunity with our client, a major insurance company, located in Chicago, IL.

Pay range: $85.00 - $95.00 per hour, W2, depending on skill and experience level.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end requirements definition for underwriting transformation initiatives
• Design future-state underwriting workflows across MGUs
• Translate underwriting guidelines into functional requirements
• Partner with product, engineering, and vendors to deliver AI-enabled solutions
• Identify risks, dependencies, and process gaps proactively
• Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices

Requirements:

• 5 to 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance industry is required
