Product Development Coordinator

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for bringing innovative products to life? We are seeking a dynamic professional to play a pivotal role in the creation of exciting new merchandise. In this position, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient development of prototypes, directly impacting the quality and timely delivery of products that delight customers globally. Your meticulous coordination and clear communication will be key to transforming design concepts into tangible realities, contributing significantly to the brand's reputation for excellence.

**Responsibilities:**

* Coordinate the development of innovative prototype products from concept to completion.

* Monitor and manage the overall development process for various product lines, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

* Serve as the primary point of contact for all development details, fostering strong collaborative relationships with vendor partners.

* Create and meticulously update seasonal composite sheets and classification charts, maintaining accurate and current product information.

* Coordinate the workflow of weekly updates, ensuring that communication tools are effectively utilized for timely information exchange with vendors, production, technical, and merchandising teams.

* Track all development stages diligently to assure execution is within established timeframes and project milestones.

* Communicate crucial design development details clearly and concisely to all relevant stakeholders.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

* 3-5 years of hands-on experience in product design or product development.

* Demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* A solid background in product development processes and methodologies.
