We are seeking a skilled Product Analyst to join the Originations Transformation team, with a focus on supporting Application & Pricing. In this role, you will support the application and pricing journey while serving as a primary point of contact for the User Experience team. Responsibilities include participating in focus groups, dealer interviews, and feedback sessions to ensure the platform meets user needs and aligns with business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional partners-including product management, engineering, and UX-to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations. This role plays a critical part in advocating for and executing the product vision, strategic direction, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with broader transformation goals. What You'll Do As part of the Originations Transformation team, responsibilities include: * Reviewing existing processes and developing future-state process maps * Reviewing and validating finalized future-state process maps * Partnering with product managers and development teams to define product requirements, create user stories, and prioritize features related to the booking and funding user interface * Configuring and reviewing the new platform and building workflows * Updating process documentation following configuration You will also participate in: * Testing activities * Business sign-off and communication with business stakeholders * Formalizing design decisions * Refining the product backlog * Building integrations for validated business processes Additional Skills & Qualifications * Experience working with dealers * Experience with RouteOne * Experience using JIRA * Experience with Alfa * 3+ years of progressive responsibility on agile software delivery teams * Results-oriented, data-driven mindset * Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences Employee Value Proposition (EVP) This role provides a Product Analyst with a critical opportunity to advocate for and execute the product vision, strategic direction, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with broader organizational transformation goals.
