Field Service Supervisor for their Electric Power Generation division in Richmond, Virginia. The EPG Field Service Supervisor is responsible for serving as a team leader, ensuring the successful operation of the department and meeting customers' needs at the highest level. The individual in this position will organize, communicate, and delegate responsibilities, while setting priorities, coaching employees as needed and providing technical expertise. Seeking candidates with previous experience in service operations and comprehensive knowledge of diesel engines and generators; College/technical degree, or comparable industry experience, preferred.
Requirements for the EPG Field Service Supervisor position include:
Physical requirements must be met for the EPG Field Service Supervisor job, including regularly being required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit. The employee must regularly lift and/or more up to 70 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
