Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program Analyst Finance Contracting SME Level 2 This position requires an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance to start! A government contract requires that this position be restricted to U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents. You must provide documentation that you are a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident to qualify. The Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program Analyst supports the Threat Systems Management Office (TSMO) at Redstone Arsenal by providing programmatic and financial oversight of FMS cases. This role ensures compliance with applicable regulations and statutory requirements while supporting the development, execution, and reconciliation of FMS programs. The analyst works across multiple systems and stakeholders to manage case documentation, funding execution, and program coordination activities. This position is primarily onsite with occasional telework and limited travel. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program Analyst: $209,000- $214,326.36 Pay commensurate with experience.
