Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities -Strong leadership and good written and verbal communication skills required. Thorough understanding of SCIF construction protocols and ability to interpret and apply ICD 705 Technical Specifications. Ability to coordinate with Designated Accrediting Authorities (DAAs), Special Security Officers (SSOs), and other government stakeholders for SCIF-related deliverables. Experience managing subcontractors performing secure installations such as acoustic shielding, SCIF doors, alarms, and surveillance systems. Education / Experience -High School or GED and 10-15 years experience as Supervisor or Superintendent on similar projects required. Prefer - QCM, OSHA30, Four year degree in Building Science, Construction Management or Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience specifically managing SCIF construction projects for federal clients. While the salary range is typically between $88,500 - 132,700 annually, applicants are encouraged to share compensation expectations as part of the application process.
