Position Overview This position is responsible for assisting with general daily operations of Old Second's Prime Time Club including maintaining membership roster, assist with all aspects of member luncheons, event coordination, organizing and accompanying member extended travel and member local events as well as member relations contact. May participate in the development and assistance of additional programs as needed. Essential Job Functions
- Maintains and updates Prime Time Club membership roster, including adding and discontinuing membership based on eligibility criteria. Sends proper notification when membership requirements are no longer met. All aspects belonging to tracking membership.
- Prime Time employee supports the coordination and attends many Prime Time events assisting with logistics, vendor communication, and day of execution, while ensuring alignment with established program goals, standards, and timelines.
- Collects and records registration of members for all Prime Time events.
- Analyzes accounts of recently deceased members to ensure fraud is not occurring.
- Supports Retail Program Manager with budget tracking, payment requests and processes tour and event payments from customers.
- Assists with planning and execution of annual Prime Time Club luncheons.
- Promotes banking products and refers to Wealth, Retail and other lines of business in the bank regularly.
- Communicates with employees regularly in regards to all items Prime Time.
- Understands the importance of doing what's best for the bank with the ever-changing banking market yet giving excellent customer service to Prime-Time members.
- Expands deposit account growth through networking and solicitation of new clients. Prospects within the local community.
- Maintains banker responsibilities and authorities; directly opens and manages Prime Time customer bank accounts; participates in banker training as appropriate.
Additional Job Functions
- The incumbent works closely with the Retail Program Manager to support the successful execution of the program and ensure consistent, quality member experience.
- Provides information for Prime Time Club Newsletter, Prime Notes, along with keeping brochure/application current.
- Coordinates with Marketing and Compliance to ensure promotional materials are distributed to all branches in timely manner to promote extended tours and local events.
- Works closely with Accounts Payable and Accounting.
- Collaborates with Wealth Department on round table participation with Prime Time Club members.
- Tracks all incoming deposits for events, tours and classes, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Travels to all Old Second Locations and work at variety of locations as needed.
- Identifies and communicates opportunities to improve the program.
- Flexible with schedule to accommodate preparation and day of for Prime Time events, activities and extended travel.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Degree and two years of Customer Service and/or Banking Experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior experience as a personal or relationship banker preferred.
Competencies
- Exceptional customer service experience as the primary concierge for a VIP customer base.
- Independent worker but can collaborate with others to ensure a quality experience for members.
- Thoughtful, respectful and comfortable working with Seniors and our Prime Time Club members.
- Proactive, positive team player, and highly organized with strong detail orientation.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple communications and projects at one time.
- Good communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
Preferred, but not required
- Knowledge and expertise with event management or planning.
Location Details This position requires the incumbent to work onsite on a daily basis to perform the regular responsibilities of the role. The primary work location is Lombard-Westmore, IL. The incumbent will be required to work from the Sycamore, IL location three- four times per month and must be available to attend and work Prime-Time events.
