Responsibilities The Corporate Banking Relationship Management team is responsible for acquiring, orchestrating, and growing entire client and ecosystem relationships, deepening relationships with key positions in late-stage companies, and serving as a thought leader in advisory sales. Advises senior leaders in late-stage companies and provides beneficial referrals by cross selling across the entire commercial platform to address client business needs; orchestrating cross-functional teams to optimize the client experience; and building real relationships to differentiate the bank with all key influencers in the technology ecosystem. Ensures controls are in place, managed, addressed, and elevates and mitigates any emerging risks within the team across the business unit.
Fundamental knowledge base of all non-credit related banking products, including FX, trade finance, liquidity, asset management, private banking, and cash management services. Expertise in proactively identifying banking solutions and products and developing and closing cross-selling opportunities within assigned portfolio as well as managing internal stakeholders throughout delivery of platform to clients. Managing successful brand delivery to the client and acting as an owner to follow through on client needs and building relationships. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in commercial banking, venture capital or Relationship Management and/or industry-specific knowledge in technology OR High School Preferred Qualifications:
The base pay for this position is generally between $165,525-$220,700. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
