Remote Ivanti Admin Job details Posted 09 April 2026 Location The Woodlands, TX Reference 999632 Job description We're hiring an Ivanti Neurons Platform Administrator for a long-term contract, 100% remote role with a forward-thinking, well-respected organization. Day to Day: Own the configuration and day-to-day management of the Ivanti Neurons, ITSM, and ITAM platforms Implement and support ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Asset Management) Build integrations, automations, and workflows to eliminate manual effort Manage platform security, roles, and access controls Create reports and dashboards to drive data-backed decisions Partner with IT and business teams to design, deliver, and support Ivanti solutions Provide user support, training, and continuous platform improvements What You Bring A minimum of 3 years of current Ivanti Neurons administration: Hands-on Ivanti customization experience (workflows, automation, reporting) Working knowledge of Ansible, HTML, Java expressions, SQL, and APIs Strong problem-solving and communication skills A customer-focused, collaborative mindset Advanced ITIL and Ivanti ITSM certifications (preferred) A resume with explicit examples of your work experience in Ivanti Dexian stands at the forefront of Talent + Technology solutions with a presence spanning more than 70 locations worldwide and a team exceeding 10,000 professionals.
