The TPM Manager position will have overall responsibility for leading and executing Ecolab's Production System's highly visible Total Productive Management (TPM) transformation. Expected to implement rapid change, be a hands-on team builder able to recognize others' resistance to change, and lead individuals and teams through the change process. Use developing knowledge of TPM principles, combined with on-the-job process expertise and stakeholder input to identify opportunities, prioritize, and manage improvement projects.

What You Will Do:

  • Own and maintain the site TPM Master Plan
  • Lead TPM pillar governance, cadence, and effectiveness
  • Manage and develop the TPM & Reliability team
  • Facilitate site loss analysis and prioritization
  • Ensure standard work for AM, PM, CILs, and equipment care is created, trained, and sustained
  • Integrate TPM into PCS (DOM, WOM, OGSM, SiteWide reviews)
  • Lead and coach RCAs tied to equipment losses
  • PM optimization and reliability strategy
  • Support Management of Change related to equipment and processes
  • Track and report TPM performance metrics to leadership
  • Drive consistency and sustainability, not just implementation

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 6 years of experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment
  • Experience in coaching and leading cross-functional teams
  • 2 years of experience in TPM Principals and methods (5S, Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, visual management, Kaizen)
  • Experience in project management
  • Computer skills (examples: Microsoft Office products, Internet/e-mail, etc.)
  • Able to work in a shop environment (dust, noise, odors)
  • No immigration sponsorship offered for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Logistics, Science, or Business
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, leadership ability, outstanding decision-making skills, and excellent verbal and written skills
  • Proven experience driving large scale culture shifts

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The base salary range for this position is $96,700.00 - $145,100.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
