Administrative Coordinator Senior Job Responsibilities Manages calendars, schedules meetings, and coordinates travel arrangements. - Prepares correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Maintains organized filing systems and ensures accurate recordkeeping.
- Supports departmental operations, including supply ordering, invoice processing, and timekeeping.
- Assists with onboarding and training of new staff or temporary personnel.
- Coordinates logistics for events, training, and internal communications.
- Serves as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Drafts and distributes communications on behalf of department leadership.
- Facilitates smooth communication between departments and leadership.
- Assists with data entry, tracking, and reporting for departmental projects.
- Maintains spreadsheets, dashboards, and databases as needed.
- Supports compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
- Revises and drafts processes and procedures as needed to support efficient and effective department operations.
- Tracks and monitors department budget.
- Processes requisitions, invoices, and expense reports and other budget management and tracking activities as needed.
May perform additional duties as assigned.
