Job Description

Job Summary
Provides data management, data analysis, and quality assurance support across multiple public health studies. Ensures data accuracy, supports reporting requirements, and helps meet contractual obligations. Work is primarily performed daily with additional weekly, monthly, and periodic responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
* Monitor systems and resolve data issues
* Maintain and update survey systems and internal tools
* Analyze data and generate routine reports
* Process, clean, and validate data across multiple studies
* Prepare quality assurance and progress reports
* Manage and submit required data files to external partners (e.g., CDC)
* Support study setup, data structure maintenance, and sample management
* Back up and maintain data files and documentation
* Identify and communicate data trends or issues impacting study outcomes

Shift

Monday - Friday
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Minimum Qualifications

An Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with WinCati and Ci3
* Experience using SAS for reporting and data analysis
* Experience working with public health or survey data (e.g., BRFSS, ACBS)
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary Range: $17.50 - $25.50 hourly
Grade: GGS - 007
