As we scale rapidly, our ability to maintain fleet health, ensure service reliability, and delight customers hinges on efficient, data-driven business process and software infrastructure.

We're seeking a strategic Manager, Commercial Energy Service Business Systems & Process Architecture to lead the design, optimization, and execution of business systems and operational workflows that power our field service, technical support, asset management, and other customer engagement functions. This role sits at the intersection of business operations, data analysis, and cross-functional leadership. You'll be embedded in daily operations-partnering with IT, Field Service, Technical Support, Finance, Service Engineering-to identify bottlenecks, define improvement opportunities, and drive the implementation of solutions that reduce cycle times, improve service quality, and lower operational cost.


What You'll Do
  • Lead end-to-end analysis and redesign business processes across Commercial Energy Service operations to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer impact
  • Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable problem statements and solution requirements
  • Leverage operational and performance data to identify trends, assess outcomes, and guide strategic decisions
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to validate solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives and long-term scalability
  • Own the evaluation of implemented solutions, tracking KPIs and driving continuous improvement through iterative feedback
  • Championing a data-informed culture, enabling faster, more effective decision-making across field service, asset management, and support functions
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution, serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders and driving execution excellence

What You'll Bring
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field; or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience in business process architecture, operations management, or systems analysis-preferably in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Proven ability to use data to drive decisions, improve processes, and influence outcomes across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance measurement, root-cause analysis, and process optimization
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills-able to lead without direct authority and build consensus across teams
  • Experience working in or with field service, asset management, or technical support operations is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, balancing short-term execution with long-term strategy

    Expected Compensation
    $108,000 - $198,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
