Weekly Work Hours 40Compensation Range Staff Range N08Salary Minimum $87,500.00 AnnuallyFLSA United States of America (Exempt)Position Type StaffPosition Summary The Managing Director, Dual Credit Initiatives is responsible for leading, developing, and executing strategies that enhance dual credit enrollment, student outcomes, and operational effectiveness across the institution. This role requires a dynamic leader with experience in system integration, data-driven planning, stakeholder collaboration, and cross-sector partnerships to elevate the quality and impact of dual credit programs. The director works closely with K-12 partners, college departments, and external agencies to promote student access, readiness, and success in college-level coursework during high school.
