TITLE: Plant Manager LOCATION: Onsite in Avon, Ohio COMP RANGE: $135,000 - $170,000/year plus bonus Custom Culinary is hiring a Plant Manager for the Avon, Ohio facility. As Plant Manager, you will have full operational ownership of the Avon, OH manufacturing site, leading a missioncritical operation through its next phase of performance, reliability, and cultural transformation. You will directly influence safety, cost, delivery, quality, and engagement outcomes while shaping the culture and future leadership pipeline of the site. There is potential for a discretionary bonus, with a target of 18%. This bonus is based on personal and company performance and is not a guaranteed bonus plan. This role is affiliated to the Avon, Ohio location, and candidates for this role need to reside within a commutable distance of that location and will be required to come into that location. You may be asked to travel to other locations periodically for meetings. Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand and walk to communicate and listen effectively. This will require both office and kitchen environments. Environmental Concerns: The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions.
