Summary
Serves as the design professional and project manager on facility renovations and new construction projects. Responsible for all phases of project execution from conceptual design to final occupancy to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Primary Responsibilities

Qualifications Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis. Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's Degree Minimum Required Experience: 5 years of progressively responsible academic or healthcare experience relating to facility planning, project management, architectural design or construction administration. Must be knowledgeable in Auto/CAD and Microsoft Project. Preferred Education: Master's Degree Preferred Experience: 7+ years of progressively responsible academic or healthcare experience relating to facility planning, project management, architectural design or construction administration. Labratory research experience preferred. Experience with BIM, CAFM software and Workday. Preferred Certification/Licensure(s): Project Management Certificate (PMP) Physical Requirements
Work requires occasionally lifting moderate weight materials, standing, or walking continuously. Work Environment
Occasional exposure to dust, noise, temperature changes, or contact with water or other liquids. Work is performed in an environmentally controlled environment. Sensory Acuity
Ability to detect and translate speech or other communication required. May occasionally require the ability to distinguish colors and perceive relative distances between objects. #LI-AC1
