The Student Assistant will assist in implementing the chemical inventory system in close collaboration with the Director of Environmental Health & Safety and the Assistant Safety Officers. The research lab and office space is approximately 500,000 square feet over 6 building sites with about 3000 faculty and staff directly involved in research activities. Ideal candidates will be current students working toward a B.S., M.S., or PhD in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Safety, or other science/life science concentration. The successful candidate will be well organized, familiar with chemicals, chemical safety, and computer applications. The Medical College of Wisconsin: We Practice What We Teach.
