The Opportunity with Overcast

We'rehiring an Inventory Clerkto support onsite manufacturing and warehouse operations at Overcast. This role will be hired via our growing Overcast division in Spokane. This contract role plays a keyroleinkeeping materials moving, organized, and ready to support production. The estimated duration is 6-12 months, with potential for extension.

WhatYou'llBe Doing

  • Receive, store, and move materials throughout the warehouse or manufacturing facility
  • Pick, pack, and prepare materials for production or shipment
  • Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy
  • Use barcode scanners and RF equipment to track materials
  • Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks; support forklift operations as needed
  • Follow FIFO (first in, first out) inventory practices
  • Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Support overall flow of materials across the facility

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 0-2 years of warehouse, material handling, or similar experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Comfortableusing basic technology (scanners, inventory systems, etc.)

Nice to have:

  • Forklift certification or experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
  • Familiarity with inventory processes or RF scanning

What to Expect

This is an hourly contract role, with a pay range of $17.13 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience.
