What to Expect The Lead Print Shop Fabricator oversees daily operations of the internal print shop and leads the production, fabrication, and installation of signage and environmental graphics. This role ensures high-quality output, efficient production workflows, and proper maintenance of print equipment while supporting designers and project teams in bringing projects to life. What You'll Do Oversee daily print shop operations, production scheduling, and workflow efficiency Lead large-format printing, laminating, finishing, and vinyl cutting processes from design to final installation Install signage and graphics including wall graphics, window films, and wayfinding systems Perform routine maintenance and coordinate vendor support for large-format printers (HP 570, HP 800W), Graphtec plotters, laminators, mounting tables, and related fabrication equipment Maintain high-quality standards, organized inventory, and consistent production workflows Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to ensure graphics are production-ready and executed with precision Provide technical leadership and training to the fabrication team, with expertise in Adobe Illustrator, RIP software workflows, and color matching/troubleshooting What You'll Bring 5+ years of experience in a print shop, sign shop, or large-format printing environment. Experience operating HP 500 & HP 800W wide format printers, Graphtec Vinyl Cutter, Industrial laminator, mounting table Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and RIP software workflows.
