They manage product ordering, conduct site measurements, and ensure accurate, timely communication between clients, vendors, and construction teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Drafting: Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings for kitchens and bathrooms using 20/20 Design.
- Showroom Support: Greet customers, maintain showroom displays, update product literature, and assist with material selection (tile, cabinets, countertops).
- Project Documentation: Prepare sales orders, project proposals, and change orders while ensuring accuracy.
- Administrative Tasks: Schedule client appointments, track orders, communicate with vendors, and follow up on confirmations.
- Site Assistance: Measure site spaces and assist designers during client consultations to gather project requirements.
Qualifications
- Software Skills: Proficiency in 20/20 Design.
- Education/Experience: Certificate or degree in interior design, architecture, or 1-2 years of relevant industry experience (e.g., cabinet sales, showroom experience).
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with kitchen/bath materials, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, and basic construction practices.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Typical Physical Demands
