Come Join an Inclusive Team

The Accelerator Hub Lead is responsible for building and running a multi-phase acceleration engine that rapidly transforms ideas into scalable, high-impact technology solutions. This role guides initiatives through intake, feasibility, proof of concept, pilot, and enterprise deployment using a structured, stage-gated model. The role is not an R&D function; it is focused on accelerating validated business value from emerging technological opportunities like AI, automation, advanced analytics, and vendor platforms.

Combining strategic vision, delivery leadership, portfolio management, and change management expertise, the Accelerator Hub Lead establishes a repeatable, governed pathway that institutionalizes experimentation and enables scalable adoption across the enterprise. Their mission is to reduce the cost of experimentation, accelerate time-to-value, and drive evidence-based funding decisions for enterprise transformation.

Core Mission

  • Lower experimentation costs and risks
  • Accelerate validated value to enterprise scale
  • Ensure funding decisions are grounded in evidence and measurable outcomes

A Day in the Life

  • Lead the end-to-end acceleration lifecycle: Drive initiatives through each phase (intake, feasibility, PoC, pilot, scale) with a disciplined, repeatable process.
  • Translate ideas into measurable business value: Align every opportunity to a clear problem statement, success metrics, and validated outcomes before scaling.
  • Manage a high-impact innovation portfolio: Prioritize initiatives aligned to enterprise strategy, allocate resources effectively, and make evidence-based go/no-go decisions.
  • Accelerate time-to-value: Reduce cycle time from ideation to pilot while maintaining governance, risk controls, and architectural standards.
  • Partner across the enterprise: Collaborate with business leaders, architecture, security, data, vendors, and delivery teams to ensure robust, scalable solutions.
  • Build repeatable capabilities: Develop playbooks, guardrails, and reusable patterns to institutionalize experimentation and scale emerging technologies.
  • Innovation Lifecycle Management: Oversee structured processes from intake through pilot and full-scale transition, including proof of value/concept, pilot launches, and operational handoff.
  • Governance & Risk Management: Embed guardrails, governance, and compliance into all activities, ensuring risk, security, and privacy requirements are met from the outset.
  • Value Modeling & Measurement: Define business value trees, quantify ROI, cost savings, and operational improvements, and implement rigorous tracking/reporting mechanisms.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Secure buy-in from executive leadership, communicate progress and outcomes, and drive strategic agility across the organization.
