Inova Well Fitness is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join the team. This is a part-time role with a regular Saturday shift from 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., plus additional as-needed shifts beginning at either 4:30 a.m. or 4:00 p.m. Inova is consistently ranked a national healthcare leader in safety, quality and patient experience. Receptionist Job Responsibilities: The Receptionist position is primarily focused on daily front desk operations and client-facing administrative support.
- Opening and closing the Center
- Checking clients and members in and out using Mindbody
- Processing retail purchases and applying applicable discounts
- Answering phones, emails, and responding to voicemails
- Managing routine facility upkeep, including laundry and cleaning tasks (equipment, studios, locker rooms, etc.)
- Running standard end-of-day Mindbody reports
- Maintaining active CPR certification
- Contacting appropriate departments (engineering, housekeeping, infection prevention) for facility issues
- Receiving client complaints and escalating them to the appropriate team member
Minimum Requirements:
- Work schedule: Saturday from 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., plus additional as-needed shifts beginning at either 4:30 a.m. or 4:00 p.m.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Relevant office or customer service experience required
- Certification: CPR or BLS within 6 months of hire
