Inova Well Fitness is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join the team. This is a part-time role with a regular Saturday shift from 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., plus additional as-needed shifts beginning at either 4:30 a.m. or 4:00 p.m.

Receptionist Job Responsibilities:

The Receptionist position is primarily focused on daily front desk operations and client-facing administrative support.

  • Opening and closing the Center
  • Checking clients and members in and out using Mindbody
  • Processing retail purchases and applying applicable discounts
  • Answering phones, emails, and responding to voicemails
  • Managing routine facility upkeep, including laundry and cleaning tasks (equipment, studios, locker rooms, etc.)
  • Running standard end-of-day Mindbody reports
  • Maintaining active CPR certification
  • Contacting appropriate departments (engineering, housekeeping, infection prevention) for facility issues
  • Receiving client complaints and escalating them to the appropriate team member

Minimum Requirements:

  • Work schedule: Saturday from 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., plus additional as-needed shifts beginning at either 4:30 a.m. or 4:00 p.m.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Relevant office or customer service experience required
  • Certification: CPR or BLS within 6 months of hire
