Overview

Apogee has an exciting new opportunity for an Administrative Services Manager in support of the Special Operations Forces Acquisition, Technology and Logistics (SOF AT&L) Program Executive Office for Maritime (PEO-M). PEO-M leads a diverse maritime portfolio that develops, fields, and sustains SOF-unique surface and undersea mobility and mission solutions-spanning crewed and uncrewed platforms, combat diving systems, and mission equipment. Through close collaboration with Naval Special Warfare operators and strong government/industry partnerships, PEO-M drives modernization, integration, testing, and lifecycle replacement to ensure maritime forces retain lethality and survivability advantages in denied and contested environments. The organization also transitions emerging technologies into operational use, advancing navigation, communications, situational awareness, and training capabilities across the SOF maritime enterprise.

This is a full-time opportunity located at MacDill AFB, FL

Responsibilities

Provide administrative services, management, and program office support to PEO organizations to enable effective day-to-day program execution and leadership decision-making.
  • Maintain and update program office information, files, and records within approved repositories (e.g., SharePoint and office file storage systems) to support continuity and rapid retrieval of program documentation.
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, conference calls, and video teleconferences (VTCs); prepare agendas and supporting materials for program leadership.
  • Manage senior leader communications and calendars; triage taskers and inquiries, and route actions to appropriate stakeholders for resolution.
  • Support program reporting requirements by gathering, organizing, and processing data inputs (e.g., FEM-related data) and ensuring information is current, accurate, and usable for briefings and updates.
  • Assist Program Managers by modifying and updating briefing slides and program documentation; ensure products are formatted and ready for senior leader review.
  • Create and maintain tracking tools (including SharePoint-based trackers and spreadsheets) to monitor task status, deadlines, and administrative deliverables.
  • Utilize USSOCOM tools and systems (e.g., Task Management Tool (TMT), SharePoint Portal, secure VTC procedures, meeting scheduling tools) to support workflow management and office operations.
  • Provide administrative and analysis support to contracting/program efforts by reviewing and organizing funding documents and material/equipment lists; support bookkeeping and data analysis associated with ongoing license purchases and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with IT and support organizations (e.g., J6) to enable office upgrades and sustain operational effectiveness during system/space changes.
  • Plan and coordinate test or experimentation events by liaising with vendors, arranging logistics, and conducting site surveys to support successful execution.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work effectively on diverse teams, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
