As a Security Officer Access Control in Lexington, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and support a smooth flow of people and vehicles. You will remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, conduct routine patrols, and deliver outstanding customer service through clear communication, teamwork, and integrity in every interaction.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and credentials, screen visitors and deliveries, and document access activity in accordance with site protocols.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for maintenance concerns, unauthorized access, and other security-related issues that may require reporting or follow-up.
• Support truck traffic, employee entry, and visitor processing by directing individuals to designated check-in areas and providing clear instructions related to site access requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
