• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous food service or cafeteria experience is a plus
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

• Prepare fresh ingredients, including washing, cutting, and portioning vegetables, fruits, and toppings
• Set up and maintain the salad bar with a variety of fresh and appealing options
• Monitor food levels throughout service and restock items as needed
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and temperature control in accordance with health and safety guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the salad bar, prep areas, and utensils
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to students and staff
• Follow daily menus and production schedules
• Assist with general kitchen duties, including light food prep and cleaning
• Comply with all food safety regulations and company policies
