We provide condition-based monitoring products and services to reduce outages, increase safety, and gain visibility of electrical equipment throughout the power grid, serving industries and communities worldwide.

The Role
Our Field Service Team is expanding and we are adding a second Field Service Coordinator to support the team! You will help streamline our processes and workflow as we work together to help ensure the reliability of power for our customers. This role involves a high level of coordination of activities, communications with multiple teams, and detailed administrative challenges.

What You'll Do
  • Create work orders with accurate descriptions and related data entry.
  • Assist with Service Team scheduling and organize travel when needed.
  • Verify site contact and site readiness for Service Team.
  • Track backordered parts and schedule return site visits once the parts have been shipped.
  • Communicate with our Service Team for status updates on service work and jobs.
  • Set up new vendor accounts.
  • Monitor and maintain Service Team Outlook E-Mail Inbox and Calendar.
  • Complete various administrative tasks related to document control, recordkeeping, expense reporting, and other Service Team support.

What You'll Bring
  • 2 - 4 years' experience in an administrative or similar role.
  • Strong computer skills, including superior data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational and data management skills.
  • As a plus:
    • Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite.
    • Construction or monitoring experience.
