The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

As the Senior Manager of Product Management - Agentforce Process Intelligence, you will have ownership in shaping the strategy and roadmap for a category-defining product. You enjoy making businesses more efficient and have a record of delivering AI-driven solutions that provide a unified, real-time view of end-to-end operations. You understand the complexities of process mining and are ready to lead a team in building the foundation for agentic process automation-enabling AI agents to understand, optimize, and act across the entire Salesforce ecosystem.

Our team works on replatforming Apromore (a process intelligence market leader) as a cloud-native solution on Hyperforce and Data 360. You will work on a high-priority, highly visible product and ensure that Agentforce Process Intelligence becomes the core engine for digital twin simulation, process monitoring, and compliance assurance across the front, middle, and back office.

  • Strategic Vision: Shape the product vision and roadmap as Apromore integrates deeply with the Salesforce platform.

  • Customer Insights: Engage with senior stakeholders and customers through outreach, advisory boards, and research to shape a product that defines the market.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and scale a growing team of product managers, mentoring them to deliver world-class enterprise SaaS solutions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate roadmaps with Engineering, Design, UX, and GTM teams to deliver a unified vision for process excellence.

  • Internal Influence: Use your deep knowledge of Salesforce's product structure and established internal network to drive alignment across the global organization.

  • Success Metrics: Define and analyze metrics that inform the adoption and success of Process Intelligence features.

  • Executive Presence: Deliver killer presentations to senior leadership and external partners.

Required Skills:

  • Deep Salesforce Expertise: 8+ years of proven experience and deep knowledge of Salesforce's product structure, processes, and ways of working (Internal candidates preferred).

  • Leadership Experience: 6+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS product management with a track record of leading and scaling PM teams.

  • Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with process intelligence or adjacent domains such as BPM, workflow automation, analytics, and AI.

  • Technical Credibility: Ability to grasp and translate complex customer needs into cloud-native technical capabilities on Hyperforce and Data 360.

  • Strategic Influence: Networking skills and the ability to quickly establish credibility and build confidence with customers and senior stakeholders.

  • Execution: Demonstrated ability to prioritize among conflicting goals within a high-stakes, highly distributed global organization.

  • Communication: Excellent organization and communication skills, with experience presenting to both deeply technical architects and business-focused executives.

  • Education: A related technical degree required.
