About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Applications will be accepted until 05/20/2026.

Salesforce is entering a bold new market with the launch of Agentforce Supply Chain - our AI-native platform for agentic process orchestration. This isn't a product update; it's a strategic shift that helps companies automate complex business processes, orchestrating across people, systems, and vendors at agentic speed.

In this role, you'll hold a dual mandate: owning Global Sales Strategy & Programs for Agentforce Supply Chain, while also owning Sales Programs for the AiDAPT specialist team within PACE. You'll work closely with many stakeholders across the company globally to ensure our GTM motions are data-driven, well-aligned, and delivering exceptional growth.

What You'll Do:

Agentforce Supply Chain - Global Sales Programs & Strategy

  • Execute the global GTM activation strategy for Agentforce Supply Chain to accelerate growth

  • Expert in state of the business & how we're tracking to KPIs:

    • Provide regular insight into the health of the business and own product deep-dive analysis requests from leadership

    • Own quarterly business reviews, support G4G planning, and run weekly forecast calls

    • Proactively identify any hotspots in the business and action on a solution

  • Develop, launch, and optimize targeted sales programs (pipeline generation, POC acceleration, deal progression) in partnership with Sales and Product leadership

    • Equip AEs, SEs, and Specialists with everything they need to confidently position and sell Agentforce Supply Chain

    • Partner with OU-specific Sales Programs leads to ensure Agentforce Supply Chain is cohesively integrated into quarterly GTM plans

    • Track program and GTM performance via dashboards and KPIs; translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership

  • Serve as the connective tissue between Product, PMM, Sales, SE, Customer Success, and Partners/Professional Services - driving alignment on messaging, pricing/packaging, partner readiness, and GTM goals

  • Represent the field's voice back to Product with feedback on what's working, what's needed, and where the gaps are

  • Build strong relationships with OU leaders globally to ensure product adoption

  • Drive cross-functional GTM alignment with PMM, Field Marketing, Enablement, Customer Success, Partners, Professional Services, and Industry Advisors

AiDAPT - Sales Programs

  • Sales Leadership's lead business partner for maintaining a healthy and robust pipeline across the business and ensuring it is set up for growth each quarter and year.

  • Leverage data and reporting to gain quantitative insights into business challenges. Continually analyze pipeline KPIs and health of the business.

  • Synthesize data and design programs to address gaps, bringing in cross-functional teams as needed.

    • Manage end-to-end program operationalization - including execution across cross-functional teams, delivery, follow-up, and post-launch engagement metrics

    • Build trusted cross-functional partnerships to share information, problem-solve, and drive better outcomes

  • Lead by example, foster teamwork, and seek input from others to develop the best solutions

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven track record building and executing GTM programs for new or emerging products at scale

  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce GTM ecosystem and what it takes to move deals from first call to close

  • Familiarity with Salesforce's full product suite and where Agentforce, D360, Platform, and Agentforce Supply Chain fits in the overall value proposition

  • Strong analytical mindset - comfortable with pipeline data, program KPIs, and translating metrics into insights

  • Exceptional communicator and presenter; able to influence and align stakeholders at all levels

  • Experience with M&A-integrated products and building GTM activations for acquired technology

  • Existing cross-functional relationships to make an immediate impact and accelerate growth

  • Expert-level Google Sheets and Excel skills - ability to turn raw data into structured insights, formulas, graphs, and analytics

  • Strong work ethic and passion for continuous improvement

  • Ability to problem-solve with ambiguous or limited information; highly curious mindset

  • Collaborative team player who actively supports others

  • Proven ability to create compelling executive narratives and presentations

  • Experience working with C-level executives and senior stakeholders

  • Expertise in presentation design and visual storytelling (PowerPoint and Google Slides)

  • Strong understanding of corporate strategy, business insights, and executive communications

  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving alignment across teams

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment
