What's in it for you: * Opportunity to work with one of the top healthcare organizations in the Virginia Beach area * Supportive leadership and a collaborative, friendly team * Contracttohire stability with longterm career potential * Blue Cross Blue Shield benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k) * Join a large, reputable, publicly traded healthcare employer * * Bestinclass training - hiring based on character and growth potential* * * Strong internal mobility and advancement opportunities* What You'll Do: * Work AR accounts using EPIC work queues and Aged Trial Balance (ATB) reports * Prioritize and resolve highdollar and aged claims * Investigate payments, denials, and underpayments * Manage denial followup and rootcause analysis * Communicate with insurance payers and patients to resolve claim issues * Request and upload medical records as needed * Identify trends in denials to improve claim resolution * Meet productivity goals (approximately 50+ accounts/day, depending on claim complexity) * Utilize EPIC, payer portals, OnBase, and Excel What We're Looking For: * 2+ years of AR followup and hospital billing experience * Experience with hospital denial management * * High school diploma or GED required* * * EMR/EPIC experience preferred* Next Steps If this sounds like a fit, please reply to this email with your resume, and a member of the TEKsystems recruiting team will reach out to discuss next steps.
