Position Summary Position Summary The Global Equity Program Manager is responsible for the delivery, administration, reporting and compliance of the company's equity-based compensation programs and provides additional support in other areas of Executive Compensation. Manages service provider and vendor relationships, trains other professionals that support the stock plan administration and reporting processes. Works closely with a global cross-functional team including representatives from Human Resources, Legal, Accounting, Payroll and Tax to coordinate and deliver stock incentives. Regularly interacts with directors, officers, executives and stock incentive program participants.
