DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Human Services Program Representative 1, you will play a critical role in the oversight and monitoring of grantees to ensure that Early Learning Resource Centers remain in full compliance with all state and federal requirements. This position focuses on promoting effective management practices, ensuring comprehensive service delivery, and maintaining sound fiscal oversight across all assigned programs. In this capacity, you will actively contribute to the strategic development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and internal systems. Serving as a vital liaison, you will bridge the gap between local grantees and department headquarters, providing technical support regarding operational standards and system functionality. Your responsibilities will also include conducting monitoring of federal and state performance standards to guarantee program integrity. By offering continuous guidance and professional support, you will ensure that local partners have the necessary tools to meet high-level compliance and operational expectations, ultimately fostering a robust support system for early learning initiatives. In this position, travel can include the following counties: Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Bedford, Blair, Butler, Cambria, Cameron, Clarion, Clearfield, Crawford, Elk, Erie, Fayette, Forest, Franklin, Fulton, Greene, Huntingdon, Indiana, Jefferson, Lawrence, McKean, Mercer, Potter, Somerset, Venango, Warren, Washington, and Westmoreland.

- Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Home Headquartered: This position is home headquartered. In order to be home headquartered, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
- Frequent travel will be required. Travel expenses will be paid.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Three years of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating a human service program, and a bachelor's degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Other Requirements:
- You must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Western Region (which includes Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Bedford, Blair, Butler, Cambria, Cameron, Clarion, Clearfield, Crawford, Elk, Erie, Fayette, Forest, Franklin, Fulton, Greene, Huntingdon, Indiana, Jefferson, Lawrence, McKean, Mercer, Potter, Somerset, Venango, Warren, Washington, and Westmoreland counties) within the first 6 months of employment.
