Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Shift: 6 am - 3 pm, Tues - Sat or Sun - Thurs

Mechanically inclined and ready for steady, hands-on work? Staffmark is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a direct hire opportunity in Siloam Springs, AR. No heavy industrial experience required - if you know your way around basic mechanics, conveyors, and light electrical, this role is built for you.

Your Skills

• Mechanical background required - conveyor systems and light electrical knowledge a plus
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods, walk several miles per day, and lift up to 70 lbs
• Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently

The Day to Day

• Monitor and maintain feed systems, water supply, mechanical scrapers, cooling and ventilation equipment, and egg collection equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep operations running smoothly.
• Identify and resolve equipment issues before they impact production.
