Role description

Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Desktop Support Engineer to provide onsite end-user support, manage device lifecycle, and ensure smooth IT operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide desktop support for Windows 11 environments
  • Manage devices using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot (build, deploy, troubleshoot)
  • Handle hardware/software issues, installations, and configurations
  • Manage IT stock and asset inventory, including tracking and reporting
  • Perform lifting, shifting, and deployment of IT equipment (laptops, peripherals, etc.)
  • Provide AV (Audio-Visual) support for meeting rooms and conferencing systems
  • Support Tech Bar / TechStop walk-in users for quick issue resolution
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for escalations


Requirements:



  • Experience in stock/asset management and logistics



  • Knowledge of AV systems and meeting room technologies


  • customer service skills



  • Ability to handle physical tasks (equipment movement and setup)


Work Details:



  • Onsite role (5 days a week)
  • Shift-based


  • 08:30 AM - 05:00 PM
