Job Description

Job Description
This position is responsible for developing and managing reporting and dashboards. Utilize skills in all phases and activities involved in delivering a robust business intelligence product and advanced data analytics practice. This role will support our Individual Division of the company working in both legacy and new modern data repositories.



This position can be hybrid (Cincinnati, OH) or remote depending on proximity to an office location.



What you do:



  • Design and develop Business Intelligence reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business partners.
  • Participate in BI/Visualization development life cycle best practices and standards, including UX/CX principles around data storytelling with visualizations.
  • Participate in the development of cross-platform integration points to extend the Business Intelligence and Analytic capabilities and features.
  • Collaborate with business and technology experts to establish the technical vision and requirements to support business solutions and build self-serve BI platform capabilities.
  • Understand complex business requirements and translate into detailed technical specifications from which complex programs will be written or configured in order to provide reporting solutions that turn data into actionable intelligence.
  • Perform data mining and data analytics activities on large data sets.
  • Participate in projects during design, development, and implementation, both as an individual contributor and team member.
  • Create and review technical documents for projects and systems, ensuring that documents are kept up to date.
  • Collaborate and partner with both internal and external partners.
  • Work closely with management and business unit stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise business plans and strategic initiatives.


What you bring:



  • 1-3 years related experience in SQL, Python, Snowflake, and/or Power BI required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

About this Position's Pay
The pay range posted reflects a nationwide minimum to maximum covering all potential locations where the position may be filled. The final determination on pay for any position will be based on multiple factors including role, career level, work location, skill set, and candidate level of experience to ensure pay equity within the organization. This position will be eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits package (see above for details). This position will be eligible to participate in our Short-Term Incentive Plan with the annual target defined by the plan.
