Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and servicedriven Reporting Coordinator to support daily operations within a fastpaced, clientfocused environment. This role is responsible for managing timesensitive reports, handling confidential information, and providing hightouch service to highnetworth clients and financial advisors. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, detailoriented, and thrives in a collaborative team setting. What You'll Do * Process and manage daily operational reports with strict deadlines * Handle sensitive and confidential client information with accuracy and discretion * Provide phone support to clients and financial advisors (approximately 50% of the workday) * Deliver a servicefirst experience in every client interaction * Make quick, informed decisions in timesensitive situations * Collaborate with team members in both inperson and virtual environments * Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing feedback discussions * Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word) at an advanced level Required Qualifications * Minimum 3 years of Client Services or Client Support experience * Proven experience handling timesensitive reports or deliverables * Demonstrated ability to make quick, sound decisions under pressure * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook * Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills * Comfort using phones as a primary communication tool * High School Diploma or equivalent Why This Role * Hybrid work environment * Exposure to highnetworth clients and financial advisors * Collaborative team culture * Strong opportunity for permanent placement based on performance Apply Today If you're a detaildriven professional who excels in a fastpaced, serviceoriented environment, we'd love to hear from you.
