You'll Support Meaningful Work By:
  • Driving revenue growth within an assigned San Francisco-based territory by executing a focused sales and account strategy.
  • Managing and strengthening channel partner relationships with dealers, resellers, and internal partners to achieve shared goals.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with architects, designers, and commercial decisionmakers.
  • Representing Designtex solutions through client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and library support.
  • Identifying and developing new opportunities by expanding key accounts and supporting longterm specification strategies.
  • Forecasting and reporting sales activity through accurate pipeline, booking, and billing management.
  • Collaborating across teams to deliver integrated solutions, joint sales calls, trainings, and market initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years of outside sales experience within the commercial A&D industry (e.g., textiles, furniture, flooring, lighting, or related architectural products).
  • Demonstrated success in a commissionbased sales environment, with strong selfmotivation and accountability.
  • Ability to work in a 100% commissiononly role with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Established relationships within the San Francisco market.
  • Residency within San Francisco or within approximately 10-15 miles of the city.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong skills in territory planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM tools.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Experience selling to the A&D community and commercial design clients.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills for client meetings, trainings, and events.
  • Proven ability to build longterm partnerships that lead to standards and repeat business.
  • Effective time management in a fieldbased sales role.
  • Collaborative approach working with dealer partners and internal teams.

Pay Transparency: In compliance with California's Pay Transparency Act (SB 1162), the annual base salary range for this position is $94,100 - $147, 000ase considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
