ABOUT THE ROLE The Steel Shop Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the steel shop, ensuring production schedules are met safely, efficiently, and with high-quality standards. This role coordinates manpower, materials, and workflows between departments such as engineering, procurement, and drafting to keep projects on track. The supervisor also leads training, enforces policies, and drives continuous improvement through Lean practices while maintaining a strong focus on safety and productivity.
