Job Summary Reporting to Getty's Controller, the Tax Manager is responsible for overseeing all tax-related matters for the organization, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations applicable to a complex non-profit entity. While managing a team of two, this role oversees tax filings, provisions, audits, and multistate compliance while supporting the tax implications of a large endowment with significant private equity investments. The Tax Manager also provides advisory support across Getty. This position operates in a professional environment and works closely with finance leadership and institutional partners to support the organization's mission through sound tax governance. Following a period of three to six months, there is potential for a hybrid work arrangement. Getty is partnering with Robert Half on the search for this position. Major Job Responsibilities Tax Compliance & Filings
Manage preparation, review, and timely filing of all required non-profit tax returns (i.e., 990PF and 990T), including federal, state, and local filings in coordination with Getty's external tax firm.
