Phone Operator

A union-focused travel agency seeking a sharp, unflappable Phone Operator to be the voice of their organization. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role - calls come in frequently and continuously throughout the day, and you'll be the first point of contact for every one of them. What You'll Do

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced office environment with professionalism and efficiency
• Accurately transfer calls and requests to the appropriate Travel Agents
• Serve as the welcoming, polished voice of the company - every single call matters
• Assist with general office duties as needed
• Maintain accurate records and information using Excel
