Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, or a related field.
• Seven or more years of experience in developing and delivering training programs.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical and non-technical material effectively.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate activities across needs assessment, pilot, implementation, and evaluation phases.
• Proficiency in developing blended learning solutions using tools like AD, Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, Captivate, Articulate, and web conferencing technologies.
• Ability to analyze and improve training effectiveness based on feedback and observations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster productive relationships with HR, managers, senior leaders, vendors, and subject matter experts.
• Operational expertise in managing classroom technology, logistics, and course materials.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with courseware editing and compliance standards.
• Skills in utilizing additional training technologies and digital tools.
• Prior experience mentoring or training team members.
• Knowledge of corporate security standards and best practices in training delivery.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Education, Instructional Design, or related fields.
• At least seven years of hands-on experience in training development and delivery.
• Demonstrable experience in designing blended learning solutions and managing training logistics.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to travel as needed for training sessions or vendor meetings.
• Strong technical proficiency with classroom and web conferencing technology.
• Capacity to proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
