A Taste of What You'll Do

As a Systems Engineer Associate - Premier Support, you'll be on the front lines of delivering exceptional technology experiences for our employees and leaders. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and providing hands-on support in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. You'll use your technical knowledge to troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues while following established procedures and collaborating with peers and leaders when needed.

In this role, you'll engage directly with customers, including VIPs, to identify issues, propose solutions, and see them through to resolution-whether onsite or remotely. You'll manage and resolve tickets within agreed service levels, communicate progress clearly, and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date. From supporting laptops and mobile devices to assisting with operating systems, networks, and third-party tools, your work will help keep our business running smoothly.

You'll also have opportunities to grow by contributing to knowledge bases, supporting application testing and deployments, and participating in cross-functional projects that improve processes and services. This is a great opportunity to build a strong technical foundation, deepen your understanding of enterprise systems, and develop your customer service and communication skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Math, or Computer/Systems Engineering; OR Bachelor's degree plus 1 year information systems experience reflecting increasing levels of experience; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 4 years of information systems experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Required to work overtime, weekends and holidays if necessary. All overtime hours will be paid in accordance with federal and state law.
  • Experience administering Linux operating systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and dealing with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Possesses a basic knowledge of development toolset, development processes, and Quality Assurance methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Mac OS, iOS, iPad OS.
  • Experience working with remote imaging tools, ScreenConnect.
  • Basic knowledge maintaining and working with wireless technologies, LAN, VPN, MDM, Cisco Meraki, NetGear Orbi
  • Basic Knowledge in Admin tools: JAMF, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager.
  • Required to lift or move up to 75 pounds.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Required to be 18 years or older.

How You'll Stand Out

  • Familiarity with setting up and using virtual machines.
  • Experience working with a ticket management tool: ServiceNow.
  • Experience working with GALLO IT Systems.
  • Strong Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols; TCP, IIS, load balancing, LAN/WAN.
