Ultimately, the role is dedicated to positioning Framatome's collective teams for long-term growth by identifying new business prospects and maintaining critical partnerships within these emerging global landscapes.



What You'll Do Day-To-Day

    Drive Revenue Growth: Consistently hit or exceed quotas by generating a robust pipeline and closing strategic partnerships.
  • Cultivate Strategic Relationships: Utilize a customer-centric approach to build and nurture long-term partnerships, following established sales methodologies.
  • Craft Tailored Solutions: Partner with clients to understand their needs, designing solutions that align with their business strategy.
  • Expand Market Presence: Actively source deals, map accounts, and grow the OEM, Channel, and Partnership portfolio.
  • Leverage Threat Intelligence: Analyze threat landscapes to inform strategic planning, including collection, analysis, and dissemination of intelligence.
  • Strategic Market Analysis: Research emerging threats, competitive trends, and disruptive market forces to mitigate risk and identify new opportunities.
  • Contract & Agreement Management: Coordinate the execution of Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and other legal documents.
  • KPI & Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates on key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable business intelligence.
  • Execute Strategic Growth: Collaborate with internal Marketing and Sales stakeholders to execute plans that drive revenue expansion.
  • Optimize Sales Operations: Utilize CRM and data tools to maintain accurate records, track performance, and uphold best practices.


What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience, including at least 2 years leading business development activities.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management, vendors and customers.
  • Ability to proactively seek business improvement, ambitiously engage sales objectives and find solutions to challenges as they arise.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative, resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of government contracting cycle, particularly with the national labs
  • Previous experience with AR/SMR developers and end users
  • Component supply experience
  • Firm understanding of Framatome offerings


Total Rewards Package

  • Salary: $115,000-$156,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
