Essential Functions Pay Rate: $20.75 per hour (Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am) Operate locomotives, rail car door openers, and car unloader to unload rail cars. Inventory ingredient bunkers and report to supervisor. Coordinate with loading staff to maintain product flow and quality. Use an automated computer system to direct product flow and generate reports. Organize and document receipts to verify work completed during shift. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be able to read written instructions and write legibly in logs/reports. Must be able to use a computer to route products and generate reports. Must be able to work weekends and holidays, day or night shift. Must be able to work with minimal supervision, being able to learn new concepts and procedures quickly. Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations. Must be able to lift and carry 75+ lbs. Must be able to work under varied conditions and at heights over 150 feet. Qualifications Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. Must have good mathematical and organizational skills. Must be able to lift and move 25 pounds. Preferably, will have a mechanical aptitude. Must have good verbal and written communication skills (Basic English). Must possess or be able to learn supervisory and leadership skills. Must be able to work as scheduled/needed to include overtime, evenings, holidays and weekends. Must be able to follow company standards, guidelines and policies.
