Job Description:

This role is an internship that will help support Marketing Communications' Integrated Team and will be responsible for assisting the Promotions, Social Media, Outbound Email, Distribution and Analytics areas with data analysis, trends and marketing research.

Critical Duties: Collect and analyze marketing campaign results, as well as key campaign strategies and make recommendations based on analytics and their findings. These results will need to be effectively communicated and presented to the team while making appropriate strategic recommendations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet regularly with internal teams to discuss strategy and ways to optimize campaigns from data
  • Assist in analyzing campaign performance, summarize key insights, and offer recommendations to internal clients to guide future campaigns
  • Monitor and report performance of lead nurture campaigns and KPIs; work closely with team, identify trends with follow up action
  • Work with business units to understand campaign data goals, make recommendations to help achieve them
  • Performs in-depth research, analyzes data and communicates findings
  • Performs data analysis and recommends opportunities for process improvement

Job Requirements:

  • Actively pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Analytics or Product Marketing or related major
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively and professionally present orally and in written form to all levels within the company.
  • Excellent time management skills and professionalism - may work directly with teams in other regions
  • Willingness to work with a team over multiple time zones and regions
  • Appreciates the challenge of translating technical data documents and concepts for a wide variety of audiences
  • Self-starter with passion for solving business problems with data and insights while
  • Demonstrate leadership ability and relationship building skills
  • Strong blend of analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Extensive knowledge of and proficiency in MS Office (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Hard-working team player, with a positive attitude and willing to collaborate
