Moog Military Aircraft, Global Sustainment team is looking for a Program Manager to work in a dual-role that involves leading a new MRO licensing effort as well as to manage customers from an international landscape with particular focus on Japan, Taiwan, South Korea and Singapore.

Reporting to our Director, Channel Partnerships, as well as supporting the Director of International Military Sustainment, you will have an on-site work schedule in our East Aurora, NY location.

As a Program Manager supporting MRO licensing, you will:

  • Support the MGS initiative to license repair and overhaul of select Moog products to 3rd party Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) organizations

  • Function as the primary point of contact for the MRO's and coordinate internal support for any logistical or technical issues that develop

  • Monitor ongoing performance of the MRO's (financial, on-time delivery, quality)

  • Perform audits of MRO performance on a recurring basis

In addition, to support our International Business, you will:

  • Manage Customers from an International landscape with particular focus on Japan, Taiwan, South Korea and Singapore. This includes management of costs and schedules related to spares and repairs from these customers.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer engagement including program status updates, performance reviews and issue resolution.

  • Manage program budgets, forecasts and earned value metrics incorporating financial and operational performance.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, operations, quality and contracts to ensure alignment on priorities.

  • Support business growth through proposal development, pricing strategies, business capture campaigns and customer negotiations.

  • Achieve timely resolution of outstanding issues related to MRO licensees & International customers through effective day-to-day communications with the customer, Moog management, and internal functional organizations.

To be considered for this role, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Minimum 5+ years of professional, relatable experience

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience supporting repair and overhaul processes

  • Knowledge of the 3rd party MRO environment and business practices

  • Experience working with International Customers and awareness of the cultural environment is a plus

  • Proven collaboration and leadership skills, with high emotional intelligence, customer focus, and the ability to influence others through clear communication and facilitation.

  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high pressure environment balancing delivery, quality and financial performance.

  • Demonstrated experience communicating and presenting to key stakeholders with the ability to convey program information to diverse audiences and navigating complex or challenging situations confidently.

  • Ability to access US Export Controlled information

  • Able to conduct Domestic and International Travel approximately 20% - 25% of the time.

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $90,000.00-$125,000.00 Annually

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
