Ste. Michelle Wine Estates (SMWE) is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team in Paterson, WA. This role partners closely with operations and leadership to provide financial guidance, manage budgeting and forecasting, and drive informed decision-making for Washington operations. Responsible for analyzing financial and productivity performance, developing cost models, and supporting short- and long-term business planning, this position translates complex data into actionable insights. Acting as a trusted business partner, the role influences operational and strategic decisions through clear financial analysis, scenario planning, and strong cross-functional collaboration. Please note: This is an on site role at our Paterson location based in Eastern Washington. Candidates must live within commuting distance to be on site 5 days a week. Ste. Position Requirements:
Your Compensation: $83,374.00 - $108,319.00 per year based upon relevant experience. At Ste. Michelle Wine Estates we believe in paying our employees equal pay for equal work.
